Our Drinks

All cocktails are made with fresh-squeezed citrus, top-quality spirits, house-made simple syrup, and fresh & dehydrated fruits & herbs. Not seeing a cocktail from a past menu that you love, just ask us, as long as we have all of the ingredients, we're happy to make it for you. Please be an informed consumer & understand the flavors of that which you may be ordering. We are happy to help you make a decision on which cocktail you may enjoy most; however, unless there is truly something wrong with the cocktail, sales on our drinks are final. "I don't like it." With respect, is not a reason for us to have to absorb the cost for something that just may not be to your liking. All restaurants do not make drinks exactly the same way. Example: We use fresh espresso in our espresso martinis; many other places do not. If you're curious about a method or ingredient, it never hurts to ask us first. Here at Chelsea Station, you can try a flight of anything that you like! Whiskey, Tequila, Rum, Gin, Cognac - whichever you choose. All flights come with 3/4 ounce samples.
